The Structure

  • An introduction to the technique (or review) and settling into your space.

  • A gentle descent into the theta dream, an expanded state of consciousness. This is a conscious connected breathwork technique, facilitate by me and supported with a specially curated electronic playlist just for you.

  • Integration of the experience, giving you time to slowly return to the present; with time to journal. Very important (and required if you need to drive afterwards)

Couples are more than welcome! We can do the intro together and add one extra hour to the time so that I can facilitate one after the other.

The breath serves as the bridge between the subconscious and conscious and this is why we can harness it to positively affect our well-being.

Breathing techniques were developed thousands of years ago, to warm the body at high altitudes, and to achieve enlightenment.

  • Access our inner strategy

    If we think of strategy as a set of decisions we make that lead to an outcome, our life strategy is derived from our subconscious mind, controlling 95% of our story.

    This is how we hold the capacity to make ~35,000 decisions each day.

    Much of our strategy was defined by our conditioning, unintentionally covering who we truly are.

  • Dissolve the layers

    Our subconscious strategy is why we feel subject to the same story outcome again and again.

    Breathwork is one of a few holistic practices that will allow one to access this strategy of the subconscious and perform a factory reset of all the artificial layers and traumas that have shaped it.

    Misaligned energy can be dissolved and released, journey by journey.

  • Live 'your' present

    There is something uniquely ours, beyond the layers of conditioning that created our story.

    We are not trying to forget, but in fact, to remember. To trace back to our original keycode.

    When free from the bounding layers, we can live in harmony with our past while creating our present from our core identity, flowing from experience to experience.

Body

Breath is the most powerful tool for energizing and detoxifying because it supplies 90% of our energy and removes more than half our waste.

Nervous System

Recalibrate the nerves and help the body to unwind and realign itself. Create a safe internal environment that exists in harmony with the external environment, and feel peacefully grounded.

Dissolve monkey-mind static from the brain and reach a state of mental clarity that fosters deep insights, creativity and decision making.

Eligibility

It is important that we honor the body’s condition so if you have any of the following conditions you will not be able to engage in this specific breathwork journey; I have an alternative option available instead (coming late 2024).

  • Pregnancy

  • Detached retina

  • Glaucoma

  • Kidney disease

  • Cardiovascular disease

  • High blood pressure

  • Diabetes

  • Recent surgery or stitches

  • Uncontrolled thyroid condition

  • Severe psychosomatic disorders

  • Epilepsy

  • History of seizures

  • Severe asthma (mild or moderate is fine, just let me know and bring your inhaler)

  • On medication that alters brain chemistry

  • Severe PTSD (mild or moderate is fine and please feel free to ask me questions on this)

  • Prior diagnosis of bipolar or schizophrenia

  • Hospitalization of any psychiatric conditions within the past 10 years

  • Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to experience deep physical and/or emotional release

  • Please wait 60 days after a COVID vaccine

It is my aim to be as inclusive as possible so if you have any of these conditions but still wish to embark on a transformational journey with me, check back in late 2024/2025 as my schedule will open up for your guided meditation journey alternative.

Location

In person only in Toulouse, France. I can facilitate the journey with you, in the comfort of your own place, as long as you are reachable by public transport. Or if you prefer, you can come to me. We just need a small space without interruption.
